Do you work with self-employed clients? Icon

Yes, we do. We can assist using both full documentation and low doc loans to assist with your home loan needs.
We also deal with Sole Traders, Partnerships and Companies. We have solutions

What documents do I need to apply? Icon

We would need documents to show income, bank statements for living expenses (90 days), Identification to ensure you’re not a robot and allowed to borrow in Australia, and investments. But we won’t ask for more than we need. We keep your documents private.

Do you charge a fee? Icon

For retail home loans, the lender pays a commission, although they are subject to claw back with a set number of months. In some cases, we may need to charge a fee.

What are the scenarios for lending? Icon

We obtain pre-approvals for purchase and refinancing and cash out for access to equity for various purposes – including to fund a business, investments, for divorce settlements, to purchase a share under an estate and medical needs.
